Secure Bank Payment via ACH
“Secure Bank Payment” allows
consumers in the US to make purchases directly from their bank accounts,
bypassing traditional credit or debit card processing and enabling GSM to pass
the cost savings on to you. Here’s how it works: 1. Selection at Checkout: When shopping online, customers
choose "Secure Bank Payment" as their payment method at checkout. 2. Bank Authentication: The customer selects their bank from
a list of 4500+ US financial institutions and securely logs in using their
online banking credentials. This process uses bank-grade encryption to ensure
security. 3. Transaction Authorization: Once authenticated, the customer
confirms the payment amount. The payment is then processed directly through
their bank account. 4. Security and Privacy: Bank transactions don’t require
customers to share card details, enhancing privacy and reducing the risk of
fraud. Restrictions/Limits – Available for all domestic orders under $40,000. Fees – No surcharge/fees. Save 4% fees compared
to cards, PayPal, and GPay. Processing Time – Transactions should typically be processed
within 1 business day. There is no need to wait 6-10 days for physical checks
to be manually processed for the orders to be shipped.
Mailed Check
For Golden State Mint to Process Your Order, Please mail the following information:
- Payable to "Golden State Mint" *
- Invoice or Order Number **
Your order will not be processed without this information. If your check is not received within 10 days your order may be canceled. Please be aware, that once we receive your payment it will take 6-10 business days processing time for your check to fully clear. If funds are not available for immediate withdrawal, you will be subject to paying a $20.00 bank fee.
The mailing address and a copy of these instructions will be provided via email once an order has been placed.
* Please be sure to correctly fill out the check. Any missing information, such as a signature, will delay the processing time of your order.
** Use the memo field of your check to enter the invoice or order number. You can find your order number at the top of this email.
Bank Wire
Accepted for orders of $1,000.00 or greater. Orders of less than $1,000.00 are not eligible for payment via bank wire due to the bank fees incurred. Bank wire payments MUST be received within 36 hours* of order placement. Bank wire instructions/ directions will be supplied as necessary.
Please remember to record your order number in the notes or memo area on the wire form.
All orders that are not paid within 36 hours will be cancelled. After your bank has sent the wire, funds are available to us the next business day.
* Weekends and Bank Holidays will not count towards your time allowance.
Credit Card or Debit Card
Available for orders of $25,000.00 or less. Accepted cards include Visa, MasterCard, & Discover. There will be a minimum processing time of 1 business day after your payment has been received and verified. Credit/ debit card orders MUST ship to a matching billing address due to risk of fraud. To place a credit/ debit card order, simply add the desired products to your shopping cart, and select “Credit Card” as your payment method.
PayPal, Google Pay & Apple Pay
Available for orders of $25,000.00 or less. There will be a minimum processing time of 1 business day after your payment has been received and verified. To place a PayPal, simply add the desired products to your shopping cart, and select “PayPal” as your payment method.
